Moringa comes from Moringa oleifera, a fast-growing tree found in South Asia and throughout the tropics. The tree is hardy and thrives even in rough growing conditions, so it can be planted almost anywhere and harvested in a short time. It’s been used as a nutritional enhancement in developing countries such as Malawi, Senegal, and India because of its rapid growth rate and year-round harvest.
Ways to Use Moringa Seeds:
The seeds can be eaten just like nuts, so add them to granola or a trail mix you prepare with other nuts and dried fruit. Mix them with hemp seeds for an incredible boosts of energy and health.
Moringa seeds also offer many nutritional benefits.
They contain
Seven times more vitamin C than oranges;
Four times the amount of vitamin A found in carrots;
Four times more calcium than milk;
Three times more potassium than bananas; and
Two times more protein than yogurt.
Growing Instructions:
1. Find a spot with good sunshine. Best temperature is above 70 degrees F
2. Make square holes in the ground 30 to 60 cm deep.
3. Plant the seed 1 cm deep.
4.Give the ground some water, not too much though to avoid rot.
5. Within 1-2 weeks, the seed will sprout.
Tip
