Sea moss also known as Irish moss is a super food that contains 92 minerals of the 102 that the human body needs to survive. It is rich in Vitamin A, B Vitamins, C, D, E and K. It contains calcium, iodine, beta-carotene, bromine, iron, magnesium, manganese, pectin, protein, sulphur compounds, selenium, and zinc along with many other nutrients.

HOW TO PREPARE SEA MOSS:
1. Rinse Sea moss with spring water and lime to remove any excess sea salt.
2. Soak in lime, spring water or distilled water to re-hydrate, for approximately 24 hours. The sea moss will more than double in size and become softer.
3. Pour off the water it soak in, you can use that water for watering your plants or for washing your face.
4. Blend the sea moss with spring water until smooth. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks and in the freezer up to 6 months.
Shelled fish feed on Sea Moss, so caution should be taken if you have an allergy to shelled fish.
