⚠️ Common Symptoms of Yeast Overgrowth
Many people are unaware that their symptoms could be tied to yeast. Some signs include:
· Itching, burning, or unusual discharge
· Recurring vaginal yeast infections
· Chronic urinary tract infections (UTIs)
· Fungal skin infections or rashes
· Bloating, gas, or digestive issues
· Brain fog, anxiety, and mood imbalances
· Oral thrush or white coating on the tongue
Ignoring these symptoms can lead to more serious complications, including Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID), chronic infections, or hormone disruption.
How to prepare the tea:
• Place 1 teaspoon of herbs in a glass jar (Please avoid plastic)
• Add 8oz. of boiling water over the herbs
• Steep for ten minutes, strain, cool & enjoy.
• Do not sweeten with sugar or honey, use Dates syrup.
For best results:
· Drink 2–3 cups daily
· Brew fresh and sip slowly
· Pair with a low-sugar, whole foods diet
· Stay hydrated and listen to your body
· Continue for at least 2–4 weeks for optimal detox and symptom relief
You may experience a temporary "die-off" phase as your body expels excess yeast—this is normal and a sign that it's working!
Do not drink hot or cold tea. For best results drink at room temperature.
Once tea is prepared and if any is left over, please make sure to refrigerate for no longer than 48 hours, discard after 48 hours.
